Humber Street Gallery café bar
Our café bar and rooftop is open Wednesday to Sunday. Discover our range of treats from locally sourced suppliers in the perfect spot to socialise – especially if you love an artistic setting!
We offer coffee from local roasters The Blending Room, cakes and bakes from Hull’s own Scrummy Crumb Vegan Bakery, beverages from nearby breweries such as Atom and Bricknell Brewery, cocktails and more – with vegan alternatives available for all.
Not to boast, but we also lay claim to one of the city’s few rooftop bars. Open seasonally, you can join us for a drink (or two) in the sunshine with exceptional views of the Humber.
We are big fans of your four-legged friends, so dogs are welcome on a lead not only in our café-bar but in our gallery exhibition spaces too!

Palm Oil Pledge
We have signed the Palm Oil Pledge, making us the first café bar to have become a Hull & East Riding Sustainable Palm Oil champion.
We at Absolutely Cultured are committed to participating in the Sustainable Palm Oil Communities project in Hull. Since April 2023 and switching to our first sustainably sourced product, Whole Earth Peanut Butter, we have worked with our suppliers to ensure that where palm oil is present in our food, it is sourced from sustainable sources, with a plan to be sustainable in other areas in the future. This process is facilitated through annual supplier audits, where we encourage suppliers/manufacturers to create a time bound plan to source 100% CSPO across their operation. By doing so we know that we are helping to protect wildlife around the world from the impact of unsustainable agricultural practices.
